The easiest pie ever!
We don’t have dessert at our house very often since it’s just the two of us, but every once in awhile I just need it. The recipe is incredibly easy and satisfies that craving for dessert! I was having coffee with friends last week and we started talking about pie. One of my friends said she had never had “impossible pie” so I told her I would put the recipe in the paper. It’s good either warm or cold and since it’s put in the blender, you don’t know there is coconut in it. Impossible Pie: 1 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup bisquick 4 eggs 1/4 cup (1/2) stick butter 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 cup coconut Combine all ingredients in the blender, blend for 3 minutes, pour into greased 9 inch pie pan, let stand 5 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Do not over bake! Serve warm or cool. Pie is good served with a little whipped topping. Have a great week!
